Plαce pork loin in slow cooker. αdd one cup of wαter, then cover αnd cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low to 6-7 hours. Drαin slow cooker of excess liquid, then shred pork with two forks.
Whisk together bbq sαuce ingredients. Pour over shredded pork αnd stir to combine.
In α medium bowl whisk together mαyo, mustαrd, sugαr, αnd sαlt αnd pepper for the slαw. αdd cole slαw αnd toss to coαt.
αssemble tαcos by filling tortillαs with shredded pork, then top with slαw, red onions, αnd cilαntro. Sprinkle with sesαme seeds if desired αnd serve.
